That background shapes our approach, guiding us to offer a carefully curated range of products chosen for their quality, reliability, and real-world performance. We’re transparent, we care about good information, and we stand behind the products that we sell.

For non-faulty products:

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery at info@saunasteamandice.com.au
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For faulty or damaged products:

Contact us immediately at support@saunasteamandice.com.au
We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

Orders will be dispatched from our Manly Vale warehouse:

within 3-5 business days for sauna heater/stones/accessories/steam products
within 4-7 business days for Timbeck wood
Within 3-5 business days for Evaliv wood

After dispatch, delivery times are based on chosen shipping methods:

Courier Standard: 2-4 business days
Courier Express: 1-3 business days

Delivery time for your order= Dispatch time + Delivery time of chosen shipping method.

Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout to ensure accurate delivery pricing based on your location and order size.

You can pick up your order from our Sydney warehouse in Manly Vale, 2093. Choose pickup in checkout for this option. Your order is usually ready in 2 - 4 days. We will send you a confirmation email with our address when it is ready.

Yes! You can choose different services. We use Team Global Express and Australia Post for our shipping.

We don’t build saunas, but our partner company Natura Sauna specialises in building high quality custom saunas across Australia. You can contact them directly for design and installation services.
