Shipping Costs
The cost of shipping varies based on the type of product purchased and the delivery address. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Dispatch
Orders will be dispatched from our Manly Vale warehouse:
- within 3-5 business days for sauna heater/stones/accessories/steam products
- within 4-7 business days for Timbeck wood
- Within 3-5 business days for Evaliv wood
Delivery
After dispatch, delivery times are based on chosen shipping methods:
- Courier Standard: 2-4 business days

How we ship your order
We work with a combination of Australia Post and freight couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. Smaller parcels under 20kg such as accessories, controls, and replacement parts-are typically sent via Australia Post. Larger or heavier items, including heaters and timber are delivered by specialised courier services equipped to handle bulky freight. You will receive a tracking number in the email sent to you once your order is dispatched. The tracking number will enable you to follow the progress of your package.
Factory pickup
Free pickup by appointment is available at our Manly Vale factory.
