Manufactured in Finland with high-quality materials, the Helo Himalaya is built for reliable, long-term performance and a genuine Finnish sauna experience. This pillar model shines in a classic black steel finish

High-performance materials: Expertly constructed with high-quality steel to ensure the heater's longevity. A generously sized 100kg stone chamber enables a steady stream of water to fill the sauna environment with a rejuvenating, gentle steam.

Bio Water Technique: The Himalaya Elite comes with a water tank in the middle of the heat resistors that humidifies the sauna, making it enjoyable at milder sauna temperatures of 55-60°C. The BWT technology allows for the addition of salts or essential oils to complement your sauna experience

Built-in protection: CE certified, meaning it meets European Union safety, health and environmental protection standards for quality assurance and peace of mind. A thermostat is built into the unit, along with a high-limit reset function for added safety and precise temperature regulation.

Control unit: This model comes with the Elite control panel which offers real-time control of your sauna or steam room via a smartphone app and a sleek touchscreen, with benefits including personalised settings, scheduled usage, control of additional features like lights and fans, and a modern interface for managing temperature, humidity, and other functions from anywhere.

Setup: The Helo Himalaya is a freestanding heater that can also be embedded in sauna benches with sleek integration collars purchased as additional accessories.

You can pick up your order from our Sydney warehouse in Manly Vale, 2093. Choose pickup in checkout for this option. Your order is usually ready in 2 - 4 days. We will send you a confirmation email with our address when it is ready.

For non-faulty products:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery at info@saunasteamandice.com.au
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For faulty or damaged products:

  • Contact us immediately at support@saunasteamandice.com.au
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

Yes! You can choose different services. We use Team Global Express and Australia Post for our shipping.

Orders will be dispatched from our Manly Vale warehouse:

  • within 3-5 business days for sauna heater/stones/accessories/steam products
  • within 4-7 business days for Timbeck wood
  • Within 3-5 business days for Evaliv wood

After dispatch, delivery times are based on chosen shipping methods:

  • Courier Standard: 2-4 business days
  • Courier Express: 1-3 business days

Delivery time for your order= Dispatch time + Delivery time of chosen shipping method.
