Returns & Exchanges

For non-faulty products:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For faulty or damaged products

  • Contact us immediately.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Provide your order number and details of the product.
  • We’ll provide instructions for returning the item safely.

Return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, we cover the return shipping.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure the return reaches us safely.

Processing Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Exchanges are dispatched as soon as possible, subject to stock availability.
