Built-in protection: Every Tylo heater undergoes rigorous testing throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring all necessary certifications are met for your peace of mind. Tylo heaters come with ThermoSafe™ protective coating, offering an additional layer of safety against accidental burns.

Fragrance dispenser: Features a removable, easy-to-clean compartment for adding fragrant essences.

Control: Includes the Tylo Elite Cloud control panel for convenient and precise temperature and humidity control. The Elite Cloud has cloud-based functionality that allows you to control your sauna via your phone, computer, or tablet – no matter where you are. The 'split output' function reduces the heater's power output once the set temperature is reached, reducing energy consumption up to 30%.

Setup: The Tylo Sense Elite is designed for wall-mounted installation. To floor mount a Tylo Sense Elite sauna heater, the Tylo Sense Foot (sold separately) is required, which is a leg kit designed to convert the wall-mounted heater into a floor-standing model.

You can pick up your order from our Sydney warehouse in Manly Vale, 2093. Choose pickup in checkout for this option. Your order is usually ready in 2 - 4 days. We will send you a confirmation email with our address when it is ready.

For non-faulty products:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery at info@saunasteamandice.com.au
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For faulty or damaged products:

  • Contact us immediately at support@saunasteamandice.com.au
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

Yes! You can choose different services. We use Team Global Express and Australia Post for our shipping.

Orders will be dispatched from our Manly Vale warehouse:

  • within 3-5 business days for sauna heater/stones/accessories/steam products
  • within 4-7 business days for Timbeck wood
  • Within 3-5 business days for Evaliv wood

After dispatch, delivery times are based on chosen shipping methods:

  • Courier Standard: 2-4 business days
  • Courier Express: 1-3 business days

Delivery time for your order= Dispatch time + Delivery time of chosen shipping method.
