Tulikivi Tuisku XL-Electric Sauna Heater

Finnish soapstone cladding: The Tuisku XL is finished in Tulikivi's genuine Rigata ribbed Finnish soapstone (SKU=SS1016/VS2), quarried and manufactured in Finland. Soapstone has exceptional heat-retaining properties, absorbing heat from the elements before gradually releasing it back into the sauna. This creates a softer, more even and comfortably humid sauna experience while providing the timeless appearance of natural stone.

Large stone capacity: The Tuisku XL holds up to 120 kg of sauna stones, providing excellent thermal mass for smooth, even heat and generous steam production.

Built-in protection: CE marked, meaning it meets European Union safety, health and environmental protection standards for both quality assurance and peace of mind. When paired with the Tulikivi control system, the heater incorporates several safety functions including over-temperature protection and optional door switch integration for compatible remote operation. Tulikivi electric sauna heaters are designed with a low surface temperature to improve user safety.

Control unit: Compatible with the Tulikivi Wifi touchscreen control system (sold separately) allowing convenient control of sauna temperature, operating time and other compatible functions from the touchscreen or smartphone app. Requires the dedicated Tulikivi Tuisku XL WiFi Control System (TCSTXL), designed specifically for the higher power requirements of the Tuisku XL range. The touchscreen control provides convenient control of sauna temperature and operating time, with WiFi/app connectivity for compatible remote operation. The same XL control system is used across the 13.6 kW, 18 kW and 21 kW Tuisku XL models.

Set-up: Floor-standing sauna heater designed for both freestanding installation and integration into sauna benching. Its compact safety clearances allow for flexible installation, requiring just 20 mm clearance around the heater up to 900 mm high, 50 mm above 900 mm, and a minimum 950 mm clearance above the heater. The Tuisku XL is supplied with a separate heater body and genuine Tulikivi Rigata soapstone façade, which are assembled during installation in accordance with Tulikivi's installation instructions.
