Adjustable height design: Unlike most freestanding sauna heaters, the Kaarna features an adjustable body height from 790 mm to 940 mm, allowing the heater to be aligned with a wide range of bench heights. This provides greater flexibility for integrated sauna designs while maintaining the correct safety clearances and ensuring at least 150 mm of the heater remains above the bench for optimal performance.

Finnish soapstone cladding: The Kaarna is finished in Tulikivi's distinctive Finnish soapstone, quarried and manufactured in Finland. Soapstone has exceptional heat-retaining properties, absorbing heat from the elements before gradually releasing it back into the sauna. This creates a softer, more even and comfortably humid sauna experience while providing the timeless appearance of natural stone.

Optimised stone chamber: The Kaarna holds up to 30 kg of sauna stones, providing excellent thermal mass for a compact floor-standing heater. The stone chamber is designed to promote good airflow through the stones, producing consistent heat and soft, comfortable steam while helping to maintain efficient heater performance.

Built-in protection: CE marked, meaning it meets European Union safety, health and environmental protection standards for both quality assurance and peace of mind. When paired with the Tulikivi control system, the heater incorporates several safety functions including over-temperature protection and optional door switch integration for compatible remote operation. Tulikivi electric sauna heaters are designed with a low surface temperature to improve user safety.

Control unit: Compatible with the Tulikivi Wifi touchscreen control system (sold separately) allowing convenient control of sauna temperature, operating time and other compatible functions from the touchscreen or smartphone app. The control system is available with either a single-phase or three-phase relay unit, allowing the installation to be matched to your electrical supply and heater requirements.

Set-up: Floor-standing sauna heater with an adjustable height of 790–940 mm, allowing the heater to be aligned with a wide range of bench heights for greater design flexibility. Compact safety clearances of 50 mm to side walls and 20 mm to adjacent bench structures below 900 mm make the Kaarna well suited to integrated bench installations and modern sauna designs.
