Made in Sweden: Developed and manufactured in Sweden, Tylo steam generators are a reliable and long-lasting investment, with the company putting great emphasis on in-house production and quality control.

Adjustable power output: The generator can be configured during installation for 3 kW, 6 kW, or 9 kW power outputs, making it suitable for different room sizes up to 16 m³ (ventilated).

Aromatherapy: Simply add the Bahia Home steam outlet (sold separately) and Fragrance Pump (sold separately) for dispensing essential oils and scents into the steam room.

Built-in protection: Includes multiple safety features including temperature limiter and overheat protection.

Energy efficient: Features a patented split output function and stand-by mode that automatically reduces power consumption by up to 30% once the desired temperature is reached and maintained.

Control: Compatible with Tylo Pure/Elite Cloud control panels (sold separately). The Tylo Pure/Elite control panels allow for convenient and precise temperature and humidity control. The Elite model has cloud-based functionality that allows you to control your sauna via your phone, computer, or tablet – no matter where you are.

Set-up: The steam generator is placed outside the steam bath and connected to electricity, water and waste. Essential steam nozzle included.

For non-faulty products:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery at info@saunasteamandice.com.au
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

For faulty or damaged products:

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

Yes! You can choose different services. We use Team Global Express and Australia Post for our shipping.

Orders will be dispatched from our Manly Vale warehouse:

  • within 3-5 business days for sauna heater/stones/accessories/steam products
  • within 4-7 business days for Timbeck wood
  • Within 3-5 business days for Evaliv wood

After dispatch, delivery times are based on chosen shipping methods:

  • Courier Standard: 2-4 business days
  • Courier Express: 1-3 business days

Delivery time for your order= Dispatch time + Delivery time of chosen shipping method.
