Made in Sweden: With over 75 years expertise, Tylo continues to pursue excellence in sauna craftsmanship. Tylo infrared panels offer a sleek Scandinavian aesthetic and are a reliable and long-lasting investment, with the company putting great emphasis on in-house production and quality control.

High-performance materials: Made using premium hemlock wood, the panels are expertly constructed, ensuring their longevity.
 
Built-in protection: Panels are designed to stay at a safe surface temperature, even if accidentally touched or leaned against.

Full spectrum coverage: Tylo panels deliver near, mid, and far-infrared wavelengths. Near-infrared provides benefits for skin health/collagen, mid-infrared for joint pain, and far-infrared for muscle recovery

Control: Compatible with the Tylo Elite Cloud control panel (sold separately) for convenient and precise temperature control. The Elite Cloud has cloud-based functionality that allows you to control your sauna via your phone, computer, or tablet-no matter where you are.

Setup: Install as separate panels in an existing traditional sauna room or as a complete set in a dedicated infrared sauna room.

You can pick up your order from our Sydney warehouse in Manly Vale, 2093. Choose pickup in checkout for this option. Your order is usually ready in 2 - 4 days. We will send you a confirmation email with our address when it is ready.

For non-faulty products:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery at info@saunasteamandice.com.au
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For faulty or damaged products:

  • Contact us immediately at support@saunasteamandice.com.au
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

Yes! You can choose different services. We use Team Global Express and Australia Post for our shipping.

Orders will be dispatched from our Manly Vale warehouse:

  • within 3-5 business days for sauna heater/stones/accessories/steam products
  • within 4-7 business days for Timbeck wood
  • Within 3-5 business days for Evaliv wood

After dispatch, delivery times are based on chosen shipping methods:

  • Courier Standard: 2-4 business days
  • Courier Express: 1-3 business days

Delivery time for your order= Dispatch time + Delivery time of chosen shipping method.

Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout to ensure accurate delivery pricing based on your location and order size.
