Material: Olivine diabase is a unique stone rich in magnesium with high density and durability. Its heat-retaining properties allow for a consistent sauna temperature and prolonged steam production.

Colour: Natural grey that blends beautifully with any sauna style.

Shape: Irregular with a rough finish.

For non-faulty products:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

For faulty or damaged products:

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

Yes! You can choose different services. We use Team Global Express and Australia Post for our shipping.

Orders will be dispatched from our Manly Vale warehouse:

  • within 3-5 business days for sauna heater/stones/accessories/steam products
  • within 4-7 business days for Timbeck wood
  • Within 3-5 business days for Evaliv wood

After dispatch, delivery times are based on chosen shipping methods:

  • Courier Standard: 2-4 business days
  • Courier Express: 1-3 business days

Delivery time for your order= Dispatch time + Delivery time of chosen shipping method.
