Huum Hive - Electric Sauna Heater

Made in Estonia: The pure Nordic design of the HUUM Hive is inspired by nature and unveils the natural beauty of sauna stones. HUUM collaborate with leading Estonian metal processors who ensure the highest quality at each production stage.

High-performance materials: Expertly constructed with durable, high-quality steel to ensure the heater's longevity. Imported raw materials, such as stainless steel, are sourced from manufacturers with recognised quality labels.

Large stone capacity: The HUUM Hive has a large holding capacity of sauna stones, which ensures gentle steam that resembles traditional wood-fired saunas. The minimalist metal design results in the majority of the heat coming from the stones, rather than the metal. This maximises the proportion of beneficial negative ions in the steam room air.

Built-in protection: CE certified, meaning it meets European Union safety, health and environmental protection standards for quality assurance and peace of mind. When paired with a UKU control system, the heater gains several safety functions including overheat protection, child lock and automatic shutdown.

Energy intelligent: High-quality materials and optimised heating elements reduce energy consumption and waste, with the UKU control panel (sold separately) allowing you to monitor use and preset heating cycles. Starting from 2025, the air tunnel of HIVE is included as a standard component with all HIVE models. The air tunnel optimises airflow and the combustion process within the heater, leading to more efficient operation and prolonged life of the heater elements.

Control unit: HUUM electric sauna heaters are controlled with smart UKU sauna control system, which enable you to configure the heating time and temperature settings. It is also possible to connect the control systems to sauna ventilation or lighting devices. UKU Wi-Fi are compatible with the HUUM mobile app – you can start heating your sauna from your phone, irrespective of where you are.

Setup: The Hive is a floor-mounted heater designed for stability and seamless integration into the sauna space.

You can pick up your order from our Sydney warehouse in Manly Vale, 2093. Choose pickup in checkout for this option. Your order is usually ready in 2 - 4 days. We will send you a confirmation email with our address when it is ready.

For non-faulty products:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery at info@saunasteamandice.com.au
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

Yes! You can choose different services. We use Team Global Express and Australia Post for our shipping.

Orders will be dispatched from our Manly Vale warehouse:

  • within 3-5 business days for sauna heater/stones/accessories/steam products
  • within 4-7 business days for Timbeck wood
  • Within 3-5 business days for Evaliv wood

After dispatch, delivery times are based on chosen shipping methods:

  • Courier Standard: 2-4 business days
  • Courier Express: 1-3 business days
