Handcrafted in Finland: With over a century's expertise, Helo continues to define sauna excellence in pioneering design. Manufactured in Finland with high-quality materials, the Helo Vienna STS heater is built for reliable, long-term performance and a genuine Finnish sauna experience.

High-performance materials: Expertly constructed with high-quality steel to ensure the heater's longevity. A generously sized stone chamber enables a steady stream of water to fill the sauna environment with a rejuvenating, gentle steam.

Adjustable stone chamber: The Helo Vienna 60 and 80 models have stone spaces are adjustable to two different levels, either 12kg or 20kg of sauna stones. A smaller number of stones heats the sauna quickly, while a larger number of stones produces restorative steam that lingers in your sauna longer.

Built-in protection: CE certified, meaning it meets European Union safety, health and environmental protection standards for quality assurance and peace of mind.
A thermostat is built into the unit, along with a high-limit reset function for added safety and precise temperature regulation.

Control: The Vienna STS includes a user-friendly integrated control panel with a timer with 9 hours pre-heating time and up to 3 hours of running time allowing for easy operation and scheduling of your sauna sessions.

Setup: Lightweight and designed to be easily mounted to the wall.

You can pick up your order from our Sydney warehouse in Manly Vale, 2093. Choose pickup in checkout for this option. Your order is usually ready in 2 - 4 days. We will send you a confirmation email with our address when it is ready.

For non-faulty products:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery at info@saunasteamandice.com.au
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For faulty or damaged products:

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

Yes! You can choose different services. We use Team Global Express and Australia Post for our shipping.

Orders will be dispatched from our Manly Vale warehouse:

  • within 3-5 business days for sauna heater/stones/accessories/steam products
  • within 4-7 business days for Timbeck wood
  • Within 3-5 business days for Evaliv wood

After dispatch, delivery times are based on chosen shipping methods:

  • Courier Standard: 2-4 business days
  • Courier Express: 1-3 business days

Delivery time for your order= Dispatch time + Delivery time of chosen shipping method.
