Handcrafted in Finland: With over a century's expertise, Helo continues to define sauna excellence in pioneering design. Manufactured in Finland with high-quality materials, the Helo Ring Wall STJ is built for reliable, long-term performance and a genuine Finnish sauna experience.

High-performance materials: Expertly constructed with high-quality steel to ensure the heater's longevity, holding 37kg of stones in a practical, minimalist frame.

Built-in protection: CE certified, meaning it meets European Union safety, health and environmental protection standards for quality assurance and peace of mind.

Control unit: The Helo Ring Wall STJ uses a simple, integrated, manual control panel located on the side of the heater unit. It features two main knobs: a timer dial with a 12-hour range for controlling the heating time and a separate thermostat knob to set and maintain your desired sauna room temperature.

Setup: The compact Helo Ring Wall is wall-mounted space-saving electric heater offering more room to relax and luxuriate in your sauna.

You can pick up your order from our Sydney warehouse in Manly Vale, 2093. Choose pickup in checkout for this option. Your order is usually ready in 2 - 4 days. We will send you a confirmation email with our address when it is ready.

For non-faulty products:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery at info@saunasteamandice.com.au
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For faulty or damaged products:

  • Contact us immediately at support@saunasteamandice.com.au
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

Yes! You can choose different services. We use Team Global Express and Australia Post for our shipping.

Orders will be dispatched from our Manly Vale warehouse:

  • within 3-5 business days for sauna heater/stones/accessories/steam products
  • within 4-7 business days for Timbeck wood
  • Within 3-5 business days for Evaliv wood

After dispatch, delivery times are based on chosen shipping methods:

  • Courier Standard: 2-4 business days
  • Courier Express: 1-3 business days

Delivery time for your order= Dispatch time + Delivery time of chosen shipping method.

Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout to ensure accurate delivery pricing based on your location and order size.
